I originally bought 10 hive kits last year through a 3rd party. They were supposed to be 2 deep boxes, 2 super boxes, bottom board, inside top board, top cover and a queen excluder. I received the order in 3 deliveries. The kits were not what I actually ordered the were missing 1 of the super boxes. The company wouldn’t return my calls. I decided to cut the middle men out. I ordered directly from you all this year. I love the hive kits. The boxes were easy to assemble and look great. Even had a neighbor come by to see them. He’s a fellow bee keeper of 2 hives. He was impressed with the quality. His boxes are made of painted pine. He said if he expands he will get you alls details from me and order from you.
This spring I purchased 10 super boxes, 5 hive kits - 2 brood boxes, 2 supers, top and bottom boards and queen excluder. I received what I actually ordered. I also ordered 20 brood frames and 30 super frames for a generic hive my grandkids bought me. It is similar to what you have but nowhere near the quality. It is wax dipped cedar but doesn’t have screws to keep it together. I actually drilled and screwed it together. I will only use Bee Castle products in my apiary from now on.
