I haven't assembled these boxes yet, and have never purchased un-waxed boxes from Bee Castle before.
However, I have purchased the waxed, cedar, unassembled boxes before, along with a secondary order of waxed honey supers, and ALL are fantastic!
I expect nothing less from these.

First year beekeeping. I’d rather give a review after the hives are up and fully functioning. They are already painted and ready to go outside. So far, happy with the product overall. Arrived fast. Easy assembly, my kids were able to accomplish the task. One entrance reducer arrived broken, but easily fixed with wood glue. It appeared as if the box was damaged during shipping.

I purchase two different kits of this style from two different vendors for the purpose to compare them each other. The hive and components look to be pretty solid. Plenty of wax on the boxes and parts.

Boxes are well waxed and hold up well to our nasty winters. Frame foundations could use a bit more wax but all makers foundations need more wax. Boxes go together perfect and look awesome once together.
