Over the past couple years I've bought a lot of beekeeping supplies from a lot of places. The price is what got me first. Usually boxes are going for $20 a piece and I have to prime and paint them. But these boxes are Beeswax dipped for sure! This thing was covered in beeswax. They went together very easy.i recommend a rubber mallet helps get thru the wax. And honestly they're about the same quality as most other bee businesses. For a great cost with free shipping. The only thing I can say that I noticed differently was the pine is a little softer. But they definitely look like they will hold up well. I would recommend it to anybody starting out or who's been doing it for a while. It's solid for sure. I'll be buying more this year.

Boxes showed up as expected. Two long sides and a handful of screws were missing. I contacted customer support. They sent an entire single deep. I now have 2 spare fronts. The boxes are still some of the nicest large production dipped boxes for the money. Hard to argue the dovetails!

I purchased 4 complete sets (2 Deeps and 1 Super). I also purchased a set of 5 Deeps and 5 Deeps with frames. I will only purchase bee castle hive now because they are so much better than the ones I was buying from Man Lake.

They are good quality hive bodies. The only thing I will point out is that they are not interchangeable with the logo Bee Castle hive bodies. I keep spare boxes stored unassembled and happend to grab pieces of each and they did not fit together. Other than that I have no complaints and will buy again.
